INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Chop House Angus Beef Brisket Steak Burger Patties
  • 4 fajita size flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place frozen Chop House Angus Beef Brisket Steak Burger Patties in preheated pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes.
  2. Turn patties over and cook for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° F.
  3. Chop patties into small pieces. Set aside.
  4. Heat large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place 1 flour tortilla on skillet, Add ½ cup cheese on one side of tortilla, top with a few spinach leaves and 1/3 cup beef.
  6. Fold tortilla over until one side is golden brown, flip quesadilla to other side.
  7. Cook until tortilla is golden brown and cheese melts, repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Slice quesadilla in half. Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and jalapeño slices.
