INGREDIENTS
- 5 Holten’s Chop House Certified Angus Beef Steak Burgers
- 5 poppy seed buns
- 5 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 package of fresh mushrooms
- 1 white onion
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill to 300 F and cook Holten’s Chop House Certified Angus Beef Steak Burgers according to the back of the box.
- Slice mushrooms and onions and saute them in butter or oil.
- Add cheese to burgers before taking them off the grill. Close the hood and allow the cheese to melt.
- Build your burger and enjoy!
