INGREDIENTS
- 2 Holten’s Chop House Angus Beef Steak Burgers
- 1 cup bacon
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup pickle chips
- Your choice of lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill to 300 F and cook 2 Holten’s Chop House Angus Beef Steak Burgers according to the directions on the back of the box.
- Preheat oven to 400 F and cook bacon to your desired crispness.
- While the burgers and bacon are cooking, chop the lettuce, onion and avocado.
- When the burgers and bacon are finished cooking, chop them.
- Grab your favorite bowl and add lettuce, chopped burger, chopped bacon, chopped red onion, blue cheese crumbles, chopped avocado, and pickles.
- Enjoy!
