INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Holten’s Chop House Angus Beef Steak Burgers
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup pickle chips
  • Your choice of lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to 300 F and cook 2 Holten’s Chop House Angus Beef Steak Burgers according to the directions on the back of the box.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F and cook bacon to your desired crispness.
  3. While the burgers and bacon are cooking, chop the lettuce, onion and avocado.
  4. When the burgers and bacon are finished cooking, chop them.
  5. Grab your favorite bowl and add lettuce, chopped burger, chopped bacon, chopped red onion, blue cheese crumbles, chopped avocado, and pickles.
  6. Enjoy!
