INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chop House Angus Beef Brisket Steak Burger Patties
- 4 fajita size flour tortillas
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup baby spinach
DIRECTIONS
- Place frozen Chop House Angus Beef Brisket Steak Burger Patties in preheated pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes.
- Turn patties over and cook for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° F.
- Chop patties into small pieces. Set aside.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat.
- Place 1 flour tortilla on skillet, Add ½ cup cheese on one side of tortilla, top with a few spinach leaves and 1/3 cup beef.
- Fold tortilla over until one side is golden brown, flip quesadilla to other side.
- Cook until tortilla is golden brown and cheese melts, repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Slice quesadilla in half. Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and jalapeño slices.
