INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb cooked French fries
- 1 cooked chop house burger
- 1/2 cup white cheese curds
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 tbs butter
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup stout beer
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter.
- Mix in flour. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth, making sure to whisk away any lumps.
- Add beer, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
- Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened.
- Crumble cooked Chophouse Burger.
- Layer cheese curds, then crumbled Chophouse.
