INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb cooked French fries
  • 1 cooked chop house burger
  • 1/2 cup white cheese curds
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup stout beer
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Mix in flour. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
  3. Slowly whisk in beef broth, making sure to whisk away any lumps.
  4. Add beer, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
  5. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Crumble cooked Chophouse Burger.
  7. Layer cheese curds, then crumbled Chophouse.
